Strategic Plan of the Brunswick Hills Police Department

During 1998, the Brunswick Hills Police Department underwent a comprehensive strategic plan process to identify needs and to develop a set of goals and objectives to be met over the next five years. Those goals and objectives are as follows:

• It is the goal of the Brunswick Hills Police Department to purchase a Breath Alcohol Analysis Machine, and to provide all sworn members of the department the training needed to utilize this machine.

• It is an objective of the Brunswick Hills Police Department to conduct a thorough review and revision of the Department’s Policy and Procedure Manual and to conduct a continual review of the manual on a yearly basis.

• It is an objective of the Brunswick Hills Police Department to continually evaluate and upgrade training and promote personal development, in order to ensure that the department places the brightest, best, most professional officer available on the streets of Brunswick Hills Township to serve the residents of this community.
